RUTGERS CAMDEN HONORS COLLEGE APPLICATION

[FOR GRADUATES OF THE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGES]

The Honors College will admit a small number of community college graduates to a special two-year variant of the program, based on the requirements and the application below.  Students should attach a current transcript to their application.  If you have any questions about the program, please see Professor Allen Woll, Robeson Library 298 or e-mail awoll@camden.rutgers.edu.

Transfer students are welcome in the Honors College when they arrive on campus, but once students have completed 66 credits they can no longer apply for admission to the Honors College. We recommend that these students apply to departmental honors porgrams in order to enjoy the honors experience.

[The deadline for consideration for the fall semester is June 15.  Please mail or submit the application to the Robeson Library Honors Office.]

Requirements: To be eligible for the program, applicants should be graduates of a New Jersey community college, and either: (a.) be a member of an existing honors program at the community college, or (b.) be a member of Phi Theta Kappa, or (c.) have a 3.7 average or above.
