NABA’s “Breaking The Color Barrier” panel discussion will explore ways to break the barriers men and women of color face in the workplace. A moderator will ask panelists to share and discuss the challenges underrepresented minorities face in remaining authentic to themselves while working in the professional realm.

Panelists will offer perspectives on events they have experienced in the workplace as well as insights on how to succeed as a professional while remaining true to your identity.
