Location: Rugters-Camden Campus Center

The Childhood Studies Graduate Student Organization is presenting our third student conference on April 22 and 23, 2016. This year’s event will bring together graduate students and other early-career scholars from across the United States and around the world to explore avenues for research that questions preconceptions and realities of childhood. Disciplines from education to anthropology to literature are represented among the more than fifty presentations over two days.

On the morning of April 22, our keynote panellists, Dr Sonia Rosen, Dr Madeline Fox, Jens Peter de Pedro, and Brian Foglia, will be speaking on the value of rethinking childhood from their perspectives in youth activism, sociological research, design, and education.

Registration for Rutgers students costs only $5, which includes breakfast and lunch both days of the event.Registration closes February 29th!

Sponsored by the Childhood Studies Graduate Organization and the SGA
