The Romero Lecture provides an opportunity to raise awareness and to approach current realities from the perspective of Catholic Social Teaching, and support Romero Center Ministries.

Now in its 16th year, the event has included keynotes by: Msgr. Bob McDermott, John P. Hogan, Ph.D., Bishop Thomas Gumbleton, Rev. Gustavo Gutiérrez, Sr. Helen Prejean, Diana Hayes, Ph.D., Rev. Daniel Groody, Anthony Campolo, Ph.D., Rev. Bryan Massingale, Carolyn Forché, Ph.D, Stephen Schneck, Ph.D, Jack Jezreel. Dr. Marianne Cusimano-Love, and Dr. Maureen O’Connell.

The annual Romero Lectures are collected in two small volumes  called “Romero’s Legacy: The Call to Peace and Justice.”  Copies will be available for purchase on March 18th.

The lecture will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Campus Center on the Rutgers University – Camden Campus. 

Free Parking is available in Lot 14, 1, 2, and 3.
