The Center for Urban Research and Education (CURE) monthly seminar series provides the Rutgers–Camden community with opportunities to hear about interesting, cutting-edge research and initiatives by scholars, community activists, and others engaged in urban research and/or urban change. Dr. Waverly Duck, assistant professor of sociology at the University of Pittsburgh, discusses residents’ perspectives on drug dealing and law enforcement in a small black town.
