The Rutgers School of Nursing – Camden welcomes Rev. Dr. Lorina Marshall- Blake, President, Independence Blue Cross Foundation

Rev. Dr. Marshall-Blake has long been a devoted advocate for and champion of women, families, health equity, access to education, and nursing. Dr. Marshall- Blake leads strategic, programmatic, and operational efforts to fulfill the Independence Blue Cross Foundation’s mission to lead to sustainable solutions that improve the health and wellness of the community. While overseeing grant-making work for the $73 million Foundation, she steered the Foundation to be a collaborator, innovator, convener of diverse organization, and thought leader in addressing emerging health needs in southeastern Pennsylvania.
