Are you letting stress get the best of you? Join us as we discuss healthy coping strategies with Cecily, and give Zumba a try with our favorite Instructor, Taryn! No Zumba experience required. Take part in a portion of the session or hang with us for the full duration. You’ll learn tips for keeping your anxiety at bay, how to be supportive of others as they manage their own stress, and you’ll get the chance to add a new activity to your self-care toolbox. All students are welcome!
