The 4 C’s assist in creating an engaging connection for our student leaders ; Critical Thinking,
Communication, Collaboration & Creativity allows us to expand upon our foundational
developmental outcomes as an office; develop independent thought, self-expression, and self-
awareness, as well as define their personal leadership style.
In this workshop, students will discuss the importance of creating a positive working
environment when working in teams, Furthermore, this workshop will discuss how to make it an
inclusive environment for all to feel supported. We will role play creative ways for each team
member to share what they contribute to the overall team and also ways to address issues that
may arise.
