Join the Office of Student Involvement in the Leadership series that assists student leaders to be more purposeful in their student organization activities.
We organized the series in several themes: Programming Ideas, Organizational Development, Tough Talks, Group Dynamics, Communications, and Self-Identity/Leadership styles.
In this workshop, students will learn the importance of being a positive team player when working in group settings (student orgs/class/work/Internships). We will discuss the 5 dysfunctions of a team based off the book written by Patrick Lencioni. This discussion will outline a powerful model and actionable steps that can be used to overcome these common hurdles so that students know how to build a cohesive, effective team environment.
Date and Time: Tuesday, October 1 at free period
