Join the Office of Student Involvement in the Leadership series that assists student leaders to be more purposeful in their student organization activities.
We organized the series in several themes: Programming Ideas, Organizational Development, Tough Talks, Group Dynamics, Communications, and Self-Identity/Leadership styles.
This session will allow students to address conversations that may feel intimidating or they are unsure of how to approach the topic. We will role play, addressing the concerns and acknowledging the uncomfortableness but provide key words and plans going into the conversations.
