Sophie Collyer and Lily Bushman-Copp, both of Columbia University’s Population Research Center, will provide a background on the Poverty Tracker, a longitudinal study of poverty and wellbeing in New York City. They will share findings from their report, “Spotlight: Forced Moves and Eviction in New York City” and discuss some of the implications of these trends and new policies that are emerging to counteract them.
