Campus Activity: Stress Management, Self-Care, and Mental Health

It is completely normal to be feeling stressed at this point in the semester. Managing stress, practicing self-care, and paying attention to your mental health is important, especially when your plate is feeling full. This workshop will go over how to manage stress, and participants will practice simple activities that can help provide them with a sense of balance and peace in their daily lives.
