The Digital Studies Center is hosting four Well Played sessions this semester. Well-Played focuses on the close reading of video game mechanics and narratives. It involves students and faculty playing a game followed by a free form discussion.
This session will focus on West of Loathing, a wild west adventure role-playing game. The discussion will focus on its unique stick figure graphical style and its slapstick comedy narrative.
Well Played sessions will be held during free period in the Digital Commons, food will be provided.
