Human flourishing, well-being, and contentment are not mere fleeting experiences that happen to the lucky. They are virtues, practices, and decisions that can be cultivated throughout our days. Research shows that resiliency can be experienced in spite of feelings of isolation, adversity, trauma, and loss. This does not excuse preventable suffering. It does, however, help explain something about the human condition. Resiliency is our true nature. In this extracurricular program, we will explore evidence-based strategies for reducing stress and facing ambiguity with maturity.
