Service: Martin Luther King Day of Service

January 16, 2017
8:00 am-1:00 pm

Event Type

Motivated by Dr. King’s vision of the Beloved Community, Rutgers–Camden seeks to create on our campus a space where people from all backgrounds can work and learn together. Activities are open to students, alumni, faculty, and staff of the university; their families; and children and adults from across the city of Camden and the state of New Jersey. While we sometimes think of service as one group of people serving another, this day of service involves individuals serving each other and the larger community. Register here for the event.
